This effectively streamlines and optimizes administrative processes for sending educational materials.
A: Staff can use dropdown menus in the "Sending Books" interface to select search criteria such as "Account," "Name," or "Mailing Number" to find specific notifications. Once selected, clicking the magnifying glass "Search Button" executes the filter and search action.
A: When creating a new sending notification, staff must first set the notification’s "Subject," limited to 30 Chinese characters. Finally, they select a "Mailing Method" via a dropdown menu, such as Postal Service or Yamato Express.
A: The "Individual Sending Records" section, located at the bottom half of the "Add/Edit Sending Notification" form, allows administrators to batch-enter detailed mailing information for multiple packages simultaneously. Administrators must fill in the recipient’s "Account", each package’s unique "Mailing Number" (tracking or shipping code), and a brief description of the "Package Content". Additionally, it provides a field to inquire about "Sending Status", making bulk management efficient.
A: In the "Notification List," staff can determine if a notification has expired by checking the "Announcement Expiry Date". Once this date has passed, the system automatically adds a red "Expired" label next to the notification. Simultaneously, the "Status" field indicates whether the notification is currently "Published" or "Hidden." The "Expired" label serves as an intuitive visual cue, immediately informing staff that the sending notification is no longer active.
A: To edit an existing sending notification, staff must first select the targeted sending notification entry in the notification list of the "Sending Books" interface. Next, they click the provided "Edit" button, which opens an editing window, allowing staff to modify the details and settings of the selected notification. This feature offers flexibility, enabling administrators to adjust notifications whenever necessary.
